- You can download the latest free version of Real Audio Player from the following
page (make sure you download the free player, instead of the default paid version, if you do not want to pay for the software).

Sound Issues
- If you cannot hear the sound, make
sure your speakers are working properly and most importantly, that you
have Real Player installed.
- You may be able to improve sound
clarity by increasing treble and decreasing bass sound on your speakers.
To download (save) or to stream (listen)
directly from the web?
- Downloading will not allow you to hear the sound
until all of the file is saved onto your PC. However, you will be able to
listen to it as many times as you want without having to download it or
stream it again. Once you download it to your PC, you are also able to
forward and rewind, which is difficult if you choose to listen audio files
from the web. Also, after you download the file, you will not face delays
caused by network congestions.
- Streaming, on the other hand, enables you to hear the file soon after an
initial buffering, without having to wait for the file download to
complete.
